SUMMARY
Mr. Nordstrom co-founded RaptorGraphics in 1992 after developing an interest in three-dimensional engineering design, and identifying further applications for precision three-dimensional modeling, animation and graphics. The company is one of the earliest providers to the legal industry, and has participated in cases totaling well over one billion dollars in disputed losses and damage on matters related to fire and explosion, product liability, intellectual property, personal injury, wrongful death, vehicular accidents, construction defects, material science, and more. Whenever possible, the company conducts its own research and site investigation in an effort to provide the most accurate and vivid illustrative media available. In the past fifteen years RaptorGraphics has developed media ranging from still graphics to fully immersive, interactive virtual environments.
Experience and Qualifications
- Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Washington and California currently practicing loss-related forensic engineering investigation and expert testimony
- Ten years experience in civil engineering design, fieldwork, project management and construction supervision
- Twelve years experience (concurrent with engineering) in technical research, site investigation, and project management related to illustrative legal media
- Seventeen years experience (concurrent with engineering) in digital 3D design, modeling, graphics, animation and interactive media
